Since eight months, I've buyed two Ultrastingers from arizonagunrunner.com with the 10 hour charger AC and DC (2 holders).
It costs now $95,60 at arizonagunrunners.
No problem with them, they are awesome.
Two days ago, I've buyed another two Ultrastingers (one more time from arizonagunrunners.com) but this time, I asked the Ultra with AC/DC Fast charger (2,5 hours). Cost : $112,47 now.
I live in Belgium, so it's my sister who order the flashlights in the USA and give them me when she comes in Belgium.
In the packages, there is (for each new Ultrastingers) : the flashlight, 2 fast chargers (ref. 75102)and AC and DC power cords. But the AC power cord delivered is the ref.22311 (the same delivered with the normal charger) in place of the ref.22665 (for Ultrastinger fast charge only).
So I could'nt charge correctly the Ultrastinger with the fast charger. When I connect the AC cord ref.22311 with the fast charger, the led stay continously red for 5 minutes (fast charge), then it will blink (maintenance charge). Fast charge must normally stay 2,5 hours. Normally I must receive two AC cord ref.22665 for the fast charge. And I don't know what can I do from here. My sister returns to te USA in five days. Maybe she has the possibility to contact arizonagunrunners.com to explain the situation and return the normal chargers at arizonagunrunners for an exchange with the fast chargers. Actually, the 4 fast chargers I have are inusable without the fast charge AC cords.
I hope there is a solution to this.
If there is no solution, I must buy separately two fast charge AC cord, but I lost a lot of money. This is the first time I have a mistake of delivering with arizonagunrunners. The other times, there is no problem (four time order at them). Off course,it's not me but my sister who order at them. Thanks for any comment.
