Problem with TK16 V2.0 battery (RESOLVED)

I just received my TK16 V2.0 in the mail today and I ordered an extra battery for a spare.
I charged the first battery until it turned green then put it in the light.

I then took the spare and plugged it in to charge. It was red like it’s supposed to be then I came back later to check on it and there was no light on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had a similar issue with one of their 14500 usb ported batteries. I sent it back to the retailer who replaced it.

Yes, I bought it from heinnie haynes, a retailer here in the UK. They replaced it and paid all the postage costs without quibble.
And that was several months after purchase.

I also buy from myfenix which I think are the uk’s official importer and have seen them go out of their way to help customers on their Facebook page. I think you should have no problem if purchased through a reputable retailer.

Well I woke up to a reply email from Fenix. They are sending me a replacement with a prepaid shipping label to send the old one back!

That’s one of the reasons I love Fenix!
