Q3 Holster

After about a week of use my Q3 holster has turned into a frayed mess. Has anyone found a better quality holster for belt wear that fits this cool light. Something made of a heavy cordura would be great. I have been using it as a constant carry & using it at work, the light is up to the task just fine but the holster is just a little on the cheesey side. Kind of dissapointed in the material quality.

I was kinda thinking about a heavy courdura one with a flap to protect the thing from scratches and getting lost. I have a couple of nice holsters made by rip-offs for some larger 4AA (tec-40)lights that are great. I get in alot of tight spaces in my job and the kydex setup looks like it could pop out if caught on something.

I'd really recommend the kydex holster offered by etendue.
You don't have to be worried to lose the light or the spare battery. It's awesome.
You can still attach a tether from Cretacea to the lamp and holster if you don't trust it. I can't imagine how you could lose the light then.
If you're worried about scratching the lens, I'd recommend that you replace the stock polycarbonate lens with a UCL. The polycarbonate lens seems to scratch itself if you're not looking.

I used a Ripoffs CO-30 with no issues. (Two 123's in a ziplock bag in the bottom.)
