Hello everyone! Hope the holidays went well for all.
I've been back in the shop doing some prototyping. There's a new Quad optic on the market and I want to test it out to make sure that continuing to use the best parts possible to build these Quads.
I've built two R5 flux 5.6A Silver Plated Copper Drop-ins, one with the Carclo optic, and the other with the Khatod. I'm planning to send them to run4jc for lumen testing if he's willing and able.
I've taken a couple beam shots for now though. Didn't realize how off my white ballance was until I got them on the big screen, but no matter, these aren't tint shots, they just appear much more blue than they really are. Some rain and fog outside too, but that alsmost helps show the beam better!
