Question about CL1H V4....

Can the 2 mode module be used in version 4 so that the output modes can by changed by rotating the head? Just wondering, I like the way the V4 looks.

Hi guys, I'm not sure if it'll work in the V4. I'm tempted to say no, because from what I recall the 2SM module was used in a CL1H that used a positive grounded housing.... the battery had to be put in backwards (positive end towards the tailcap).

The V4 doesn't twist. You'd need a V1, V2, or V3. The V4 doesn't twist to allow it to be shorter in length.

Right, like WadeF said the V4's head isn't meant to twist to change modes like the earlier 2SM. But as far as the pill itself goes, I'm not sure if it will work in a V4 (and using the tailswitch to change modes).
