Hi all!
Can PPBC change the due date of your account? I usually pay on the 15th of each month since 4 years ago and today as I was login in to schedule this month's payment and I noticed that the due date has changed to the 10th and I am being slapped with a $25 fee. WTF! :scowl: I did not recieve any notice of change of due date, and have always paid on or before the due date! Can this be disputed? Could this be an error? Have you all had any luck doing that? I feel right now like telling them to go F...themselves and close the account since the balance is only $100.
