Question about Shipping price policy

I have noticed that some companies base their shipping prices directly on the order value rather than the weight and volume. It's not serious, because you don't pay to the company for their actual shipping cost. I don't find it justified to raise the shipping price if the shipping cost does not become higher.



What do you think about it? Any opinions?
