Question about the IMR 26650

I see they are marked 3.8V and not 3.7V like an 18650 for example.

I use a hobby charger to charge batteries. How will my charger see this is a 3.8V battery and not a 3.7V battery? Does this mean the 26650 will never be charged to 100% capacity if I use my hobby charger?
