ive ben kicking the idea around to make a brighter headlight for my motorcycles and after reading the fat star build it got my thinking about some problems with using leds, like do all of the 1000+ lumen leds require a big heatsink to use? and do they have stable light output, cus was reading and i wasnt sure if the drop in light out put was due to the battery discharging or if it was from the led heating up.
