Hello,

I'm considering a Surefire C2 but have the following questions:

- if I get the led version, can I still exchange the led module with an incandescent bulb? (P60)
- does the 80 lumens led version throw as well as the standard incandescent version?
- if I am getting it right, the same Surefire led module is also used with 3 cell Surefire models. So I gather I can use 3.7V rechargeables without any fear of damaging the light?
- Does a C2 battery tube accept rechargeable cells readily or is it too narrow?

Please help me out :candle:.

I am also considering getting the Malkoff drop-in 235 lumens as an accesory.

Many thanks,

Joris

17mm and under (single 17670, rcr123) batteries will fit, 18mm batteries will require the battery tube be bored out.

Joris

I saved a little money recently by buying the C2 and P60L separately.
Great light BTW.

The difference between the C2 incan and LED versions is about $40. I'd go with the incan version and use that extra $40 toward the purchase of a Malkoff M60 ($60) if you want throw and output. It will blow the Surefire P60L away! Not to mention it'll have a much better tint.
