Does the selector ring have a stop on both ends of its travel. I would only purchase this light if I could tell how bright the turn on setting by the position of the ring.

Also, where is the best place to buy this light if I decide I have to have it. It fits nicely with my collection of single cell lights.

What should I expect to pay for this light?

Yes. I just got mine today. The selector ring stops at both ends, so once you are used to it, you will know whether its coming on low or blinding.

I ordered from lightjunction.com.

Price with the AA extender seems to be right around $100.
