Radio Shack RCR123s

[CDP930]

Just bought two of these batteries (3.0 volt 400 mAh).

Is that enough to power my Gladius? No worries if not as I dont even have a charger yet.

Yea I kinda bought off impluse, went there for something completely different and just saw them.

For the price ($16) you'd think they would be worth something, oh well.

May I recommend the RCR123 Soshine brand that DX sells. A lot of his stuff is cheap on price and quality. I've been using these batteries for a while and the quality is excellent. Both 3.0 volt and 3.7 volts available.

May I recommend the RCR123 Soshine brand that DX sells.

Not if you expect anyone outside of the budget lights forum to take you seriously.

Stick to a seller with a proven track record. User AW offers 3.0V RCR123 cells and 3.7V 17670 cells, both of which can be used with the Gladius.

Like rubbing salt in my wound...

I'm really itching to do that mod, but the XP-G's I ordered a few months back disappeared in the mail, and I haven't gotten around to ordering more. (Maybe I should try an SST-50 instead? :thinking: )
