Just tried a link on Telephony's site about multicolor leds Kevin Horton's LED Whackiness and was just wondering about the diffs between a digital and an analog version. What is easiest to build? I know how to use a soldering iron an can read schematics

, but designing it? way beyond my league.
Any info regarding this would be highly appreciated.
