Strion battery has both positive and negative terminals at one side (front side) so making a clicky switched tail cap won't be easy.

While I have not handled the Strion LED I would point out that that tail cap specifically states LED in the title. Also the battery listed under it doesn't look like a strion incan battery, suggesting that the LED version uses a different style battery.
