I know there are topics above, but a bit off topic asking this there!
I'm in europe, and saw there are some german stores around, but i can't find none...

I'm seeking RCR123A 3v batteries with around 1400mhA... but seems a bit hard to find above 1000mha!

Also don't need a charger, I have one that is way more than enough intelligent delta-peak charger 1.2v-18v (0.5A to 6.0A) so pack deals are just money wasting!

Also, the top question, can I use these in flashlights like surefire G2 without risk of burning the bulb? The peak voltage wouldn't be too high or it can hold 3.0v?

The word around here is that RCR123's may be labeled as high as 900 - 1000ma but they are generally no more than 600-700ma. Most Surefires are going to go :poof: with RCR123's in them. There are special ones made for 3 volt operation but even those can :poof: some things and those special 3 volt ones are usually even lower in current. There is always Lumensfactory who makes a special 7.2 volt and similar bulbs to replace the standard 6 volt bulbs so you CAN run RCR123's in them. Some LED lights will tolerate RCR's and others won't. The L4 for example would not tolerate 2 x RCR123's but you can put in a single 17670 and it will run off the 3.6 volts of one Li-Ion. There is also a great Cree LED drop in replacement for the G2, 6P and so on that can run off almost anything, puts out more lumens than the standard incan bulb and can be bought for less than one standard replacement bulb from SF.

thks a lot

you are talking about this kind of cree led http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...akeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:us (this was from a 2 sec google)? or if there is any other better and reliable led option?
this will allow rcr123 or only 1865?

ps- I can't use the search button...always return error! Wanna see more upgrades (if any more to the G2 and the 9P) if anyone could point me out will be nice..

Another question,
http://www.lumensfactory.com/cart_detail.php?id=1 this lumensfactory bulb is just attach to a 9P and for 15$ that's it for 350+ lumens? I have to start read here more often :p

please do not buy 3.0V rechargable cells to use with a G2...

please click on the link in my signature, read as much as you are willing.. but most importantly... please read the section about avoiding 3.0V rechargable cells.

The LumensFactory lamps are rated differently than SureFire lamps.. so don't get your hopes up abotu 350 "surefire" lumens.... LF lamps are good lamps, just rated differently.

have a lot to learn!

that link in your sig was what i needed! Printed already!

damn, that SF 380 lumens seemed too good to be true for 15 quid

so, from a quick diagonal reading (before 3 or 4 calm ones) if I want a G2 body to outpout somewhat near 150+- lumens in around 20 min with 2xRCR123 I use a LF D26 HO-9 lamp, correct? Or use that cree led and could use also rcr123?
