Read Manual-Still Not Clear on EX10 # of Memory Slots

So, I read the EX10 manual (don't own it yet), but not clear on how many preset brightness levels are user selectable. Is it two? In other words can I change the min and max levels, and is that it? Or are min and/or max fixed with only the other changeable.

Any clarification from an owner would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the video he is showing the D10 but the EX10 is the exact same only with different run time and of course it uses a CR123.

Think of it as a single mode light and that single mode is adjustable via ramping and shortcuts.
