Really looking to have light chrome or nickel plated - can anyone recommend a service

Been trying to find a place online, but everyone seems to not do small stuff. Would like to have hard chrome the most (prevent chipping), then reg chrome or nickel plating. Where can I send this thing?

I missed modamags "exotic coatings" thread, since I was on hiatus from CPF - need to find a place to do this for one of my lights though!

Have you tried the firearms plating companies? If you get turned down there maybe one of your local shops that do car chroming (Bumpers, etc.,.) could help you out.

Check to see if Modamag may be doing another batch at this point. I know he was going to but I haven't been following the thread recently. He chromed a Mac mini mini of mine and did a beautiful job. His work is the some of the very best.

Forum member Will did some batches of nickel plated mags. Perhaps you can ask him if he is planning to send another batch to the platers.

The plater I use has a minimum order. I just finished a batch last month and I do not have any plans at this time to do more. I was just doing electroless nickel plate, not chrome.
