I took apart my Haiku XP-G in order to heat color the titanium after sandblasting. I pushed in the reflector and I noticed that it will either go flush with the back of the head, closer to the LED or flush with the rim of the bezel, closer to the window. Which one is the optimal position?

I seat the LE tight in the head and then install the reflector with its little LED stand off O-ring seating it down against the top of the LE. I then install the window seal, window and retaining O-ring.
