Rebel is out, but no Legend LX

Wal-Marts in North Florida finally got Rebels in stock (2 left), but alas no Legend LX. One interesting observation was they had display layout on paper clipped to display racks dated 10/15/01 listed Rebel, but no Legend LX........... So does that mean they are running two weeks behind and the Legend LX might be here by say mid - November???
