I'm running several Surefire flashlights a 9P and two M4's. It's costing me a small fortune in batteries so does anyone know if there is a rechargeable 123 battery and if so is it ok ( any pros & cons ) to use in these lights?
Thanks.

with the 9P its easy, just use 2x 17500 cells and the same lamp......with the M4 its not so easy, if you want to use the same lamp then try 3x RCR123 cells and a dummy cell....not the best set up.....

Will I loose anything using the two 17500's, is there any trade off? Will I have to use a dummy cell or do the two 17500's equal the same length as three CR123's? Thanks.

Read this thread and all your questions will be answered, its the best thing I read in regards to incan/xenon lights in combination with rechargeable batteries and suitable lamp options.
