I'm wondering about the best way to recharge these guys.

I could string together 6 of them, and charge them in series, with my 7.2V NiMH Tenergy.

I could jury rig them into either of a couple of individual cell chargers; a Maha C808M or a Maha C401FS.

Do I have to worry about things like balancing and conditioning these things?

Here is another post I had in my subscriptions that may be of use.

Even though they introduce some resistance, using Neodymium magnets to connect cells will work fine for <1.5Amp charging because that is low enough current for the magnet resistance not to be a significant factor.

I have charged strings of 25 cells this way, putting my magnet wire leads on both ends of string, in aligator attachment from charger. I like the AUTO mode on Hyperion for this.
