Hello Peoples,

Can any of you recommend a good online watch dealer? I'm in the market for a Seiko Orange Monster and have found it several places online however, I'd like to know if there is a dealer out there besides Amazon.com that I can trust.

On a side note if you have any good watch ideas let me know. My requirements are accurate, <$250, luminous, orange is nice 'cuz it's my school colors, non-rubber strap so could be used semi-formally.

Your help appreciated.

Ooops. Maybe should have put topic in "Personal Gadgetry". Mods please move if I've offended.

E-bay sellers pokemonyu and premiereworld get consistently good reviews on the watch forums.

Thanks for the suggestions. Thanks also for the tip on the accuracy of the Monster. I will check this out on the 'Net. Cool looking watch and most reviewers seem to like theirs. And well, it is orange.

Jomashop in New York is great. They have huge discounted prices. Sometimes the watch you want may be out of stock, you just have to keep checking back occasionally for availability.

They sell them for $190.00. 60% off the list price, but it is currently out of stock.

If you're wanting a Military type watch, I'd recommend the Marathon Navigator w/Date.
Specs:
Type 6. genuine GI quartz tritium vial watch. Swiss-made heavy-duty full quartz movement. Water resistant to 196 feet, Altitude performance to 35,000 feet. Case is nylon/fiberglass composite-very durable, nearly indestructible. Second time zone rotating bezel. Stainless steel back has engraved full military markings. (NSN 6645-01-364-4042D).

I've been wearing on daily for over 5 years. I cracked the crystal and the elapsed time bezel the other day, and am sending it off to International WatchWorks, Inc. to have it repaired for less than $80. I'm also buying a new one to rotate out with the old one. In 5 years, I've only put one battery in it, and it keeps better time than my Sieko.

This watch is $175 plus shipping at this web address:

Just my 2 cents worth, but my Navigator has been the best watch I've ever owned, better than my Casio, but, be warned, it's not orange, it's black!
