I've found 2 Bosch Robo Xenon lights for US$400...
Should I buy?
I'm thinking of putting them on my Volvo S60 AWD instead of those awfully worthless hella 1000FF's Halogen whos on the car now.

Give me your thoughts!

Got a link? I'm looking at the Sylvania/Osram X1010 for a driving light replacement for me BMW 325xi. With the HID low beams, the driving lights no longer make much of a difference. With X1010s, they should. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I can help you may be to got HID light made in Germany.
Very small in diameter, ready to to mount in VW with all wires, relay, fuses.
I bought pair, each with individual converter, HID 35 W price something about 550 USD (including 22% VAT).
For official export this going without VAT.
If you are interested I will make some pictures.

I'd like to see some pictures, of course. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif The X1010's can be had in the US for some $250 or so--if you shop around, so this isn't very competetive in price. I'd probably be much happier if I had a 2002 model as they started using the little projector style openings that these would work better with. I've got these wide-thin openings in my bumper. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I was talking about (I check) DE Xenon - pair 66 x 76 x 120 mm, case from magnese (manufacurer claim this and I do not know corect english name) 1 lx at 300 meters.
I can not make picture due to snow again, after few days spring we have have winter again.
