Repair wanted for JetBeam RRT-01 2019 version

I own the 2019 version of Jetbeam RRT-01. The one without a tail switch. It is not working reliably. It sometimes does not light up even when the battery is charged. If I loosen the entire head, then tighten it again, that usually fixes the problem. What is the cause? Who could do repair work?

agree, clean these areas
also clean the ends of the battery, and or try a different battery

if none of that works it might need a new driver installed...

Thanks. What should I use to clean? Paper towel? Microfiber cloth? Use any solvent eg rubbing alcohol, or acetone, or ???
