Interesting article. I notice some stores use a purplish fluorescent tube in the refigerated display to make the reds in the meat look very bold. RGB LEDS mixed to make white have a similar effect. A repeating RGBW array, properly mixed, could make an interesting retail display lighting for refrigerated meats.
