Hi all!

I hope it's allowed to post it in this board too … I already posted it in the CPF ;)

As the package says, the Kit is qualified for use with four models of Lumapower's range of models: IncenDio V3, Avenger GX, ConneXion X2 and EnCoRE.
There are also some facts concerning runtime with I-65 battery extension printed on the package.
Inside the thin packaging you can find the Turbo Force Head, the Battery Extension I-65, four black O-rings, one lanyard (in the pictures assambled instead of the clip) and a black tailcap if you don't want to use the green GITD tailcap mounted on the battery extension.

Let's switch to the main parts of our Upgrade Kit.
The Battery Extension tube I-65 allows you to use your V3 with one 18650 accu.
The Turbo Force Head is the alternative head instead of the normal little head with OP reflector and arranges for a longer beam distance.
There are three possibilities to combine the upgrade parts: V3 with normal head and I-65, V3 with TFH (Turbo Force Head) and normal battery tube for 16340 and the combination V3 with I-65 and TFH.

Using the V3 with normal head and I-65 extension tube makes the flashlight 12 centimeter long. Replacing the normal head and using the TFH and the I-65 at the same time means a lenght of 14,6 centimeters.
The "trouser pocket thrower" out of V3 with normal battery tube and Turbo Force Head is just 10,3cm long.
Just to compare: The V3 is only 7,6cm long if you use none of the upgrade parts.

Combining the I-65 and the normal small head looks something strange.
There's one big advantage over the normal battery tube with 16340: With one Trustfire 880mAh 16340 you get light on high mode for about 45 minutes. Using the I-65 with one 3000mAh (real ~2400mAh) Trustfire 18650 features a measured runtime of 2 hours and 8 minutes!

Even tough the reflector in our Turbo Force Head isn't as big as a real throw reflector, it boosts the beam distance extremely! The clean SMO (smooth) reflector shoots the beam nearly 200 meters!

I used the LED Lenser P7 for comparison. The tower is about 32 meters afar.

You can see that the V3+ with TFH is not worse than the P7 and has got much more sidespill! Using the P7 zoomed in means that you do not have any light around the little spot. Using the V3+ with TFH means having enough sidespill to find the right path!
There's a second advantage - the V3 is a bit smaller than the P7.

Compared to real big throwers there's no chance for the little Lumapower, but the Dereelight DBS-T won't fit in your trouser pocket, the V3 with TFH does :)
If you need extreme wide spill light, you can unscrew the TFH complete, so you get bright light that enlightens your sight field!

The barn is about 120 meters afar:

Drawing a conclusion I can say that the Upgrade Kit is a wise investment. I personally won't use the I-65 often, but the Turbo Force Head is always in use and it is very useful. You get a beam with a lenght of nearly 200 meters and enough sidespill. By the way: There's a GITD O-ring in the TFH as well.

A little size comparison at the end:
Brynite A10, V3+ with TFH, UF-2100, P7 and Dereelight DBS-T
