I'd ordered 2 different Convoy lights.(S2+ in brass, and a H4 headlight.)

The S2+ showed up,but the H4 vanished.

Simon offered to send me a replacement H4.

That's good to hear.
I just ordered some extensions and 26800 cells from him for my L6 and L7 torches.
It's yet another shipper from Cna. I seriously think they're ripping him off or simply have stupid lax attention to details.

Clearly I should have waited a full year before ordering from Simon. He seems to now care about Customer Service. He didn't, last December. Good to hear he's now doing right by his customers.
