Hey, this is the first light I have actually taken apart. I wanted to post some info, in case anyone else was wondering how to disassemble said light.
Some background... When I first purchased this light, I thought that the head and battery tube were on piece. The other night, I dropped this light, and a fine gray powder came out of the thin line between the body and head portions (slightly above the portion where the clip click on). So I grabbed a set of strap wrenches and pulled the head off.
I have to go right now, but as soon as I get back home, I'll post some pictures. (I can't access photobucket at school.)
Hmmm... I seem to be adding photos incorrectly... I'll see if there are any answers elsewhere.
