Romisen RC-C3... What can I expect?

This is an older light and not often discussed, but I have one on order and plan on powering it with RCR123 as well as primary cells. I wanted a small single mode EDC and no click switch.

What else can I expect from this light?.. any pros and cons I should be aware of?
How hard would a Q5 emitter swap be?
