Romisen RX-A / RC-M4 and 18650s?

I was looking for a p60 host and found the Romisen RX-A at DX.

It looks like the same body as the the Romisen RC-M4. Can anyone confirm that it will fit an 18650 and that it can take any p60 drop in?
