Runtime with 17670 in U2

I'm sure this has been discussed. I can't get the search to work. I believe I've read that using 17670 lowers the high output on the U2 but other than that I can't remember much more. What can I expect for runtime? Will it be less than using 123's? Does anyone have any runtimes with 17670's? I've found some with 18650's.
