Safe to use Pila IBC with AW 123s?

Is it safe to charge AW 123s in the Pila IBC charger?

A Pila dealer's site says the charger is NOT recommended for any brand of battery except Pila.

I am new to rechargeables, just ordered an Ultrafire WF 139 to use with AWs, and wondering if ordering the Ultrafire was a mistake.

No issues here. A lot of members use the Aw and Pila combination. I recommend going with the Pila charger as it is a smarter charger.

Big ++ to the Pila over the Ultrafire. I feel safer with Pila.

the only chargers I feel "safe" with are hobby chargers... i tossed my wf-139 in the drawer and only use my hobby one... but buy no means am I a charger or battery expert...

Another + for the Pila as the charger of choice. IMO it's worth the extra$$.
By the way I'm charging my AW 123's in my Pila right now.

Yes, the WF-139 was a mistake indeed, terrible charger...
