Sams HID charging

I was curious if I could use my triton charger on my SAMS HID. The included charger is 750mA which takes around 9 hours to charge the light fully. It has a sealed lead acid battery and I was as stated wondering if I could charge it with my triton charger at a higher rate. If so, what is an optimal rate? Does the .5C - 1.0 C rule still apply? If so, it would be great to cut the charging time down to 1 or 2 hours.

This is all figuring that the pb setting on the triton is able to charge this battery. From what I can tell it is fine to do but other more experienced members may be able to tell me for sure if it is ok or not.

Thanks in advance for the help ;-)

I believe it is best to charge a lead acid battery with 1/5 to 1/10 of the capicity. Don't overcharge! Best use a controlled charger meant for motorcycle batteries (I had to buy one because the charge part of my Sam was broken)
