Interesting stuff. However the "Ni-Li" claims 3x capacity compared to LiCo. The Samsung "INR" are 1300-1500 mAh which is about 0.5x LiCo.... more in line with "IMR"...

I believe these INR batteries are Li(NCA)O2 which is Lithium Nickel Cobalt Aluminium Dioxide.

I don't think so, look at the 18650-15R cell. Unless I'm reading something wrong, it appears to be 1500Ah capacity at 25 amp draw... I don't see many lithium cobalt cells that can perform that well at 1/5 the drain.
