For Example, the Eneloops say they are 2000mah and the tenergy's claim to be 2300mah. Is this accurate? How well do tenergys hold a charge vs the eneloops? Thanks

The tenergy are not really LSD, and do not offer the other advantages of Eneloops (lower internal resistance, voltage sag, etc.).

I don't think anyone will disagree that Eneloops are better in every way, I think "not really LSD" should be backed up by some reference or quantitative measure. The following thread has some actual measurements/numbers/graphs.

Some people have been able to find these for as low as 89 cents delivered. I use Eneloops for high drain or critical/important applications and have a bunch of the Tenergy LSDs for low drain occasional use devices. I like to use them in place of alkalines because NiMH are less prone to leaking.

TEnergy is famous for overstating capacity on just about every type of battery they produce.

As for holding a charge - someone over on CPFMP ordered 48 of the TEnergy LSD AAs.
44 of the 48 had no usable charge when they arrived. Not exactly a glowing endorsement of the cells LSD capabilities.

In all the times I've encountered Tenergy, either by my own use, or reading reviews that included them, they have always been one of the poorer performers. If you are looking for the best, you would not be looking at tenergy.
