Hey Zvi- I'm jealous. I've been looking at this knife for months. I even had it as my monitor's wallpaper for a while. Unfortunately, it's out of my price range--for now. Worse, though, there is no left handed version.

Just curious...is this a "user." Do you actually carry it or use it for anything more than opening the mail?

Scott

Scott, I was waiting for that knife hmm, almost a year. It's not as long as some other knives, but still, it was like an eternity...
Anyways, it is a user. It's too good to be sitting in the safe. To comfortable, cuts all too well /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif In short it's been in my pocket since the day 1 and never left it.
I've used it for various light cutting , mail, cardboard, wood whittling, snacks, fruits, etc. Performs superbly.
I won't be cutting wires with it or using it as a pry bar though /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Blade detent? You mean the frame lock or the ball detent to hold the knife in closed position?

Ahhh...good. A knife isn't really a knife unnless it's cutting something.

Donno /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Haven't taken the knife apart yet. Once I do I'll post, but functionality wise I have no complaints.
