Jeff, the III-T is a very cool light. It doesn`t have the momentary action from the tailcap but it is a little smaller, shorter light overall. I like the design better than the PD myself. This one still has the Luxeon that it came with so you might want to update with an SSC P4? I would if it were my light but it is yours!
