Searching for horizontal holster for SF

I have misplaced my horizontal beltclip for my SF 6P and would like to buy another to replace it. Problem is, I forgot where I bought it. It looks similar to the crude drawing below but is more rounded to match the barrel of the light. It is made of black plastic and holds the light horizontally on the belt. Any assistance would be appreciated!

I think I saw a similar item at a local gun show a while back. I believe it was from Uncle Mike's.

I got a horizontal Kydex Surefire holder from Mas Ayoob sometime ago. try www.ayoob.com
