i am thinking about building a charger myself
did one of you ever try to build a 18650 charger based on a chip like those ?
just some ideas:
input ac 230/110V 50/60hz
input dc 12/24V
fast/slow charging
2 separate channels
good indication LED (bright!!)
compact and splash proof case
(maybe a volt/amp meter with a small LCD display)
