There are no off-the-shelf lights with the Seoul P4 LEDs yet, but many with the Cree P4. I believe they will be easily upgradeable to Cree Q3 later on, so no worries about buying them now! Jetbeam CL-E, Fenix P1D CE, Rexlight, Dealxtreme 3w, Lumapower D-mini.... all great choices!

Thanks for your reply but, my first question was about the seoul p4 led and not the CREE led.
I read that the seoul p4 was more powerfull than the cree, is it right ?
So do you know if i can buy somewhere a flashlight with seoul p4 led and not with cree led ?

Just a little note in case there are still people confused.
The P4 of the Cree is the Bin Code of Cree XR-E emitters
These are used in most of the new XR-E based lights including those Dealextreme ones.
In SSC's case the P4 are the new line of SSC emitters.
These are used in the new Lumapower F1.

Here is a comparison of a Huntlight P4 homebrew consuming 0.50 A (Left), versus a stock Huntlight Cree consuming 0.63A (Right). Same batteries.
Judge for yourself. I think it depends on whether you want spill or throw. The P4 gives better throw with a standard depth reflector.

The rough reflector on the Seoul P4 sure helps the beamshot there to cover the Seoul P4 artifacts, nice.
