I made 2 identical orders at the same time by mistake at 1-Jul.
Immediately, after realizing that, and before the orders were proceeded, I wrote an e-mail with request to cancel one of the orders.
The email was addressed to both [email protected] and [email protected].
Since the 1-Jul and until now I didn’t receive any answer from your company and I still have 2 charges for 2 identical orders from my PayPal account.
Please suggest, what shall be done in order to resolve the issue.
