Hey guys,

I just finished these up for a customer and I just wanted to post a picture. The picture really doesn't do the lights justice, but I thought I'd try anyway.

Polished aluminum can be mighty purdy...

Thanks for looking,

Cool TOny! Man, you get a hold of a glass bead blaster and I can just imagine what you will come up with!!

Very, very nice indeed /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif
Who is this Lucky winner ? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Don,

I look at that cabinet every time I go to Harbor Freight. It's like it's calling to me.

A fellow CPFer who likes shiny things. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It's amazing what you can do with some 0000 steel wool and flitz.

Is that bare aluminum?
Doesn't it oxidize and cloud with time spent in the human hand?

Regardless, they are a stunning set!

Actually, being in the human hand will coat them with a natural lubricant. Regardless, these were polished with Flitz and it does leave a protective coating behind.

Bernie,

I have been busy. It's almost as though someone opened the flood gates some place.

A very handsome trio, Tony /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

The photo is cool too!

i could use a setup like that first light, minus the head and LE, I need a 1x123 tube and switch for my BB600/Lux3 bare PR head.

*whispers*

Now if you can get that done in type 2 clear anodizing.. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/drool.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually I shouldn't give these people ideas of how to relieve me of my money, but.....!

Hallis,

PM me.

The clear anodizing would be cool. I've been told, though I don't know about the truth of it, that clear anodizing can be done in type III. Unfortunately, I'm having a problem with my local anodizer giving a peon like me the time of day.
