SF G2-BK stocked out?

I've had a couple of SF G2-BK (Black) on back order from both Tadgear and Chris(Meridian) since Dec. Also, I've read from posting of other dealers that they've been out for about two months now...

Anybody who can enlightened this situation?

Seemed that SF has been pushing all efforts on the more profitable units and just let its low end being eaten by the other brands.

Not everybody's out. I ordered a black Surefire G2 from LAPolicegear.com about two weeks ago ($28) and received it in less than a week (from CA). I've ordered SF lights from them before, and even out of stock SF stuff they've gotten within a week or two.

wholesalehunter might still have them in stock. Once they are gone though, they are gone for good.

SF told me Thursday night that the G2-BK I had ordered 12/10 would be shipped Friday or today. Doesn't sound like they quit making them.
