SF G2, p60 and back?

The G2 comes standard with the P60 lamp assembly. Do you mean a P60L or a P61 maybe? Either way it's just a matter of unscrewing the bezel and dropping in the new module. Definitely less than a minute.

ya i ment p60L sorry forgot that part. so it's a nice quick easy change? thats good cause i was planning maybe if i get enough money for christmas when i go home to pick up a G2 at the outdoor store near me than order the p60l just for when i want to be BRIGHT!!

The p60l isn't brighter than the p60 incan module. You will get some nice runtime, though.

I think that there needs to be some clarification:
P60 = 65 lumens, incandecent, 60 minutes runtime - Bright
P61 = 120 lumens, incandencent, 20 minutes runtime - Very bright
P60L = 80 lumens, LED, 12 hours useable light - long runtime

Changing between bulbs is a matter of care. If you blew a bulb and are going to it throw away, then it will be quicker. But if you are going to put one bulb away, get the other one out, it will take a little longer.
But less than a minute.

Yup there it is thanks "eshishlo" thats what i wanted. Ya i want to get a G2 but i want it to be brighter, but for when i wanted the runtime i wanted to be able to switch back to the stock bulb.

The P60L is definitely brighter and whiter than the P60 incan. Changeouts can be measured in seconds.

No point in it for me, I have about 5 or 6 G2's in various colors and configurations in different places of my house.

Hold on this still doesent make sense(I've reread like six times and still :thinking:), are you saying that you want to buy a G2 which comes standard with a P60 Incan LA with 65 Lumens for 60 mins, but you want to use the brighter P61 Incan LA with 120 Lumens for 20 mins. when you need brighter, then when you want more runtime you can switch back to the stock P60 LA, right??

Yup, thats it. Then eventually when more money comes around get another G2 with the P60L for real long runtime.
