SF M3 vs Eagle-3 and 4

Any have an opinion on the OUTPUT comparison of the M3 versus:

WolfEyes Eagle 3AX (9v lamp/cr123 x 3)
WolfEyes Eagle 4AX (12v lamp/cr123 x 4)

Just a comment about the Eagle series lights; the lamp's are not very durable since they screw into the body as opposed to the bezel. Still a good light.
