Similar lights to the ZL SC30W?

Hey All,

Looking for some help/advice. I really love carrying my ZL SC30W. The tint and different levels are great for me. But...having a good thing can get boring after awhile. I'm looking for a light that offers all that the SC30W has in relatively the same sized package. Are there any other options out there? I know I could go with another ZL, but I'd like to branch out a bit. Note that I don't find the HDS Clicky to be similarly sized. It takes up a lot more room in my pocket.

How about a good old QMini 123? No clicky or as efficient, but it's probably smaller.

Thanks for the suggestion Geoff! I'd prefer to stay with a clicky for ease of use. I do carry a Mini AA and a E01 in my backpack. 🙂 Also, preemptively stating that I don't care for the LF2XT.

That is a tough one. Anything with a clicky is going to be about 1" larger. I have a quark 123 regular NW but it is quite a bit bigger than my SC30. I know you want something different, but what about the SC31w?

how about a H31w? its the same size, same interface, but the switch, and bezel are reversed! theres also the "flood" model

Just thought of another possible choice, the newish Nitecore E11.2. I don't have one, but it's gotten good reviews and might be more to your liking.

...and the H series are just so darn useful and versatile! Even though in the same family, it will feel like a completely different light... But, be careful, the H series may replace the SC series for your EDC - it did for me!
