Single AA pocket light

Hello everyone. This light will be replacing my Fenix LD01 AAA light. I do not like that light much as it is too small and it is a twisty. Here is what I am looking for:

AA or 14500 (preferred)
rear clicky
lo/med/hi (not goofy strobe/sos)
unsure of which emitter as I do not understand all that tech stuff
want the light bright on hi but dim enough on low to read with
floody beam, throw not needed

Those are not budget lights. 🙁 Lets keep this under $25 please. 🙂

You can get a single-mode ultrafire C3 in Stainless Steel (AA battery or 14500) for about $15, it is a nice light, but a bit heavy.
Ultrafire U-20 is also nice and takes 14500, you can set it so it always comes on high or loosen the bezel and you get the low and strobe modes.
