Haven't seen this headlamp before. Looks pretty good on paper.


Anybody have one of these to speak of real world performance?

It looks interesting but I would like a moonlight mode which it doesn't appear to have. They seem to have covered a lot of nice to have things though.

More like it's missing 3-4 modes in that area, and that takes it out of the running for me. That's a HUGE range of missing modes, and in the exact area where you're most likely to need them for closeup work, which is a major area of use for a headlamp.

I have this headlamp and should have a review up in a little over a week. Mode spacing isn't great, but it's PWM free, and is pretty well made.

It seems good for the price, I just don't like any UI where you have to press and hold to turn on or off. I would definitely have bought one if it was a short click for on/off and press and hold to cycle modes.

I note that on their website (which is renewed), Skilhunt have updated the flashlight, now called "H02 NEW", and have also added a version with transparent reflector "H02 R". Greetings

From what I read, I like the UI better than Zebralight's.

From "OFF":

Low can be accessed by pressing and holding, just like Zebralight

High can be accessed by double-clicking, no more accidental blindness like you can with Zebralight

Last used mode can be accessed by a quick click. Zebralight does not have this mode.

Too bad they don't make an AA version.
