My Reylight trits are secured with norland, but not submerged. I feel submerged gives best protection.

Glad to hear they will be submerged!!!
"100% submerged. I will bring the glue perfectly flush with the tail cap. So when you grip the tail cap you wont feel any indentations or raised glue bulges. It will be smooth."

So with all 21 trits, the install fee, and the tail cap itself, I'm into this twisty for $410. I can say that I would never even consider spending this kind of money, or even half as much, on a cosmetic/aesthetic accessory (minus the twisty cap itself, which is functional) for any other light, or any other hobby. With the SLN, I really didn't even think twice about spending the money to deck it out in 21 red, white and blue trits. If I had more money to spend I'd likely have gotten 2 and decked the second one out in all green. The SLN is really something special to me.
