Small Insulated Container to hold extra Batteries in Car?

Does anyone know if a company makes a insulated container,or does someone have an idea of a ghetto rigged, McGyver type deal? I want to store a few more CR123s in my truck, but I do live in California, so I feel an insulated box would be great! Any ideas?

Those blaze orange match containers you see in the sporting goods section are just the right height, diameter, and waterproofness to hold 2 123s.
